The Fairfield Yankees have partnered with local Youth programs to try to bring the camaraderie, dedication, and teamwork required for rugby to the Fairfield County community.

Fairfield Rugby Club offers three youth teams, (U-10, U-12, and U-14), two High School Teams (Girls & Boys), and a Social Touch Rugby group.

The FRC High School Rugby Team won the Connecticut state championship for two consecutive years in 2015 & 2016. In the 2015-16 season, the FRC High School team was ranked as the #7 best high school rugby program in the country. One of the greatest individual successes in the club is one of the high school players representing the United States on the United States Junior Olympic Team.
