Their premier side is highly competitive and successful in the Empire Rugby Union play, qualifying for the national playoffs for 6 of the past 9 years, and in 2006 and 2007 winning the Greater Metropolitan New York Rugby Division I Championship. White Plains also fields a USA Rugby Division III developmental side that feeds the Division I side and offers players of all levels (younger players, developing players and Old Boys) an opportunity to play competitive rugby as they start their rugby careers or after their Division I days have passed. White Plains also fields one of the most competitive Old Boys sides in the nation, and is eager to start a women’s rugby program.
